Del 10 al 13 de setembre de 2025 es va portar a terme a Kyoto, Japó, el 18th International Congress on Antiphospholipid Antibodies (ICAPA 2025) amb una important participació dels membres del Servei de Malalties Autoimmunes de l'Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, centre pioner i capdavanter en l’estudi d’aquests anticossos i de la síndrome antifosfolipídica, especialment en la seva variant “catastrófica” i des d’on es coordina el registre mundial sobre aquesta entitat (CAPS Registry).
