Ewa Haladyj promoted to International Business Unit Medical Advisor / Clinical Research Scientist role at Eli Lilly

Ewa Haladyj, MD, from Warsaw, Poland, and former student of the Masters’ on Autoimmune Diseases of the University of Barcelona (course 2015-16), has been promoted to International Business Unit Medical Advisor / Clinical Research Scientist role at Eli Lilly, one of the top pharmaceutical companies with innovative drugs for autoimmune diseases. In her new assignment she will support SLE baricitinib phase III clinical trials.

Ewa is a certified specialist for Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. She graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw (Poland) in 2007 and completed her specialist training in 2016. Before joining Lilly in June 2017, she worked in the Connective Tissue Department of National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation in Warsaw, Poland. Her main research interest is systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome and she is waiting for a defense of a doctoral thesis on early atherosclerosis in SLE and APS supported by several full publications on this matter.
